Add pages(for admin)
If you do not find necessary materials in the library, you may request the library to purchase them. Requests are done via the library (you usually use).
When you request purchase of materials, note the following:
Request of material purchase is done in the following procedure:
The information of search results or bookmarks is applied to request purchase.
In the search result or bookmark list, open the page of target material details or materials with similar information.
If the information can be applied for request, the control button is shown.
Tap or click the button.
The page is opened, and the corresponding material information is already input.
If necessary, change the information or add new information to specify the target material.
Confirm the specified information.
Follow the instruction on the screen to check or modify the contents.
Register the request and get the request number.
All the necessary information of the material is entered to complete the request.
In My Library, tap or click the link for a new request of purchase.
The page is opened to enter necessary information.
Enter necessary information to specify a material.
Confirm the specified information.
Follow the instruction on the screen to check or modify the contents.
Register the request and get the request number.
Supplement
The current status of the requested materials is confirmed.
The current status of your request for purchase is confirmed in My Library.
If the requested materials become ready for you, My Library shows the message. The Materials under request section shows the number of the requested materials.
From the message or Materials under request section, the list of the requested materials is shown. In the list, the status of all the requests and the information of the requested materials can be confirmed.
Reference
If a request of purchase is registered, the request number is issued, which is uniquely attached for administration. Give the number to the library to inquire the request status.
